Most of the biscuits weren't just broken, they were in powder form. I bought the item because I wanted the tin but if it had been a gift the recipient would have had an unpleasant surprise.

Disappointed
I have always bought these biscuits and only had an issue now, unfortunately the tin was dinted and the biscuits crumpled to dust. I tried to address this but had no response. Amazon just say they can't return this item. Waste of money this time.

These are very nice biscuits, it is just a shame some of the biscuits were broken when they arrived so there were a lot of crumbs in the packaging, even in the tin they are not protected. I bought some for us to eat and some as presents but I am now wondering if they will be okay with some of them being broken.
