Not happy
I received this item and when I tried using it, I noticed the scissors were not staying in place, which was causing my yarn to get stuck in the machine and I tried fixing it so many time but it was giving me a very hard time and couldn’t fix the problem. Also the rotating wheel was not assembled correctly. Have not been able to use and will be returning the item, hoping for a better assembled one. If not I’ll have to use a different provider.

Not good
I just bought this tufting gun, and rotating wheel doesn’t look right, and the scissors keep coming out of place which is causing my yarn to get stuck. It’s been very frustrating and set me back 3 days. I tried fixing the problem but it seems like the assembly itself was done very poorly done. I haven’t been able to use since I’ve bought it.
