This is why bee is such a valuable supplement to the diet, because it supplies many of the dietary antioxidants, bioflavonoids and polyphenols that we are missing by not eating our recommended as of fruits and vegetables. Bee is a low-calorie food. It contains approximately ninety calories per 25g (about two heaped tablespoons). Bee contains 15% lecithin by volume.
