I’m genuinely impressed. This caffeinated protein shake is everything I’ve been looking for — great macros, low calories, and a smooth, delicious taste. I don’t write reviews very often, but these Spylt shakes are a hit in this house. The Cookies & Cream is the favorite, but we liked all of the flavors. The shakes are thinner in consistency than some of the ones we’ve had before, but we like that. No bad aftertaste. They are a bit pricey, but they’re caffeinated so still cheaper than going for a coffee. We will purchase again!

I was kind of skeptical trying these. But am sooooo glad that I did! Very convenient to grab and go on my way to work. The texture is very smooth and the taste….. AMAZING! I was sure there would be at least one flavor that wasn’t my favorite but they’re all delicious. I’m ordering my second variety pack and will definitely be keeping these stocked in my fridge.

These taste so good. My favorite so far are the cookies and cream and the chocolate. The chocolate taste just like the yoo-hoos and the cookies and cream taste like the ice cream. And it’s definitely helped my craving for it. They definitely taste better cold.

I was looking for a good protien shake that didnt have the nasty protien taste. These definitely made the cut. I wasnt a huge fan of the vanilla one. I had high hopes for the peanut butter chocolate one too and it missed the mark. Both chocolate ones were amazing... tasted just like chocolate milk. The cookies and cream one was like drinking ice cream... so good. I am a huge strawberry milk fan and this one was legit. They are pricey but worth it for protien plus caffiene. It would cost me more to have a protien shake plus an energy drink. Bonus for being lactose free.

Surprisingly smooth and creamy—basically flavored milk with a gym membership. One of the better ready-to-drink (RTD) protein options out there, and bonus: it comes with caffeine! That’s right, gains and a little get-up-and-go.Tried the strawberry flavor in a matcha latte and it slapped. Super versatile, also works like a charm in iced coffee. Already planning my next order because, let’s be real, protein should taste this good and multitask.

Love love love- the taste is fantastic and the texture is creamy unlike most protein drinks. Love to use this in my morning coffee or us as a mid day pick me up. I have two flavors on subscription, 10/10 recommend
