I gave them two tries and both retainers were not done correctly and was not wearable. They did not do my impressions right they cut off two sets of back teeth off the retainers which made wearing the retainers impossible.

End result of product was good. It took a while to arrive after mold was taken which caused slight shift in teeth but overall good product

OMG just got my retainer for my top teeth and it fits perfectly! I am so very happy I chose this route because trying to book an appt with my ortho to get a new one after I lost a backup pair has been a headache. So much so I was stuck with using one old one for 2 years which had melted a little after sitting in hot water for two long. Anyway, this new retainer is sturdy and of great quality. Definitely will be purchasing a backup set just for my work travels.
