I typically used pomegranate molasses to make a fattoush salad, which is a middle eastern salad composed of fresh vegetables and herbs tossed in a sumac, pomegranate and olive oil dressing.These molasses are of very high quality, with zero added sugar, and they taste fantastic.

Umami for the win
My new favorite. Goes on everything which requires umami. It’s sweet, sour, bitter and adds the color red. One ingredient item. Before buying this I was thinking about making it myself but didn’t do the math if it’s even worth. Comes in a plastic bottle but I would prefer glass. Will buy again.
