I bought this for my 9 year old grandson and he loves it !!! We have never had any problem with it at all and he uses it every day to listen to music and science podcasts.

I was excited to use this player, out of the box there was nothing wrong, it looked decent enough, and it had the screen protectors already applied, but when I powered it for the first time, it was stuck perpetually on a white screen that had blue lines, going to sleep after 10 seconds which I guess is its standard operating after no activity.It seems that I'd received a lemon, I did request another device in hopes of giving it another try, but the same issue persisted with the replacement.If these had worked, I would have given it a better review, there was also no micro SD in the first one received as well, not like it matters if the product didn't function.It's a disappointment that both of these didn't work, I was looking forward to using this.Edit: May 27th, 2024 These may not be lemons, as both had the same 'issue', but it might be because there was no Android operating system at all on these devices and both lacked any kind of film on the product boxes they were shipped in as shown by another customer review, so these may have been unfinished.Regardless, I'm still returning both of them.

Kind of basic but I love the parental controls and live updates these give me. Works really well and the customer support was great for the warranty (battery expanded but has not happened again). Really the only issue I have is the screen quality is kind of cloudy looking. For my kid though…she is in love with it and has been using it for about a year now.

I bought 3 of these, here is the story... first one came in, loved it. Put a bunch of mp3/mp4's on it and it worked great with both my downloaded files and Spotify (both Bluetooth and Wifi seemed stable). My complaint? The battery would NOT last more than 2 hours from a full charge. So, I thought I got a bad one, sent it back and ordered another. This one quit working after using Spotify for about an hour - the screen just went blank and I could not get anything out of it. Tried charging, etc, to no avail. So, I sent it back, ordered a 3rd. It came in yesterday and would not power on at all. I got the same blank screen the second one had, but this one was dead out of the box.I really want a replacement for my older, battery-dead Ipods, and with Spotify this seemed ideal. However, I'm moving onto another brand/style.

It's very strong and fest doesn'thave a light

It is Android, and you can get Google Play on it, meaning all the apps you have available to you on your android phone can be loaded on this device. Let's say you have a favorite music player application, You can download it to this device and use it. Small enough to not be annoying, still big enough to watch a movie on the plane. My only two items I have issues with are 1 The version of Android is not updatable so you will need your security and VPN software. 2 The output to Bluetooth devices are considerably lower than the output to direct wired earbuds, enough so that you can switch and notice the difference.
