Very nice tool
When I read the reviews I noticed every reviewer has received the drill free for ? reviewing the product. So I had some doubts. But, it turns out to be shockingly well made with some nice features. I'm comparing it to my tried and true DeWalt cordless drill. It's much lighter and has less torque but it's still got enough to handle a 3" screw without a pilot hole (using it a an impact driver). Which brings me to my next point....it does have an impact driver setting and it's performance is decent. Who knew you could get both impact driver and drill in one tool.It came with 2 batteries rated at 2.0 amp hrs, not the 3.0 shown in the website picture and not the 1.5 described in the features description, all in all two 2.0 is still plenty of battery power. In hand it feels comfortable and solid. During use, the drill tip doesn't wobble and there is no slop in any of the moving parts like the trigger or the torque selector, it's all tight. The batteries have a graduated LED scale with a decent sized (meaning you can press it with a gloved finger) that displays the remaining charge. The only bit that looks budget first is the charger. It looks like the plug I charge my beard trimmer with, not like the platform with a slide in rail on my DeWalt. But, it works. For the price it's a great value and they add basic drill bits, sockets and driver tips as well.

The Drill feels pretty good but the rest of the package is suspect and the manual is worthless
My primary DeWalt drill/driver is very powerful and a bit heavy. It lives in the garage. The Dewalt is my workhorse tool. I bought the DogTooth 21V MAX Cordless Drill Driver as a second, smaller, and lighter weight drill/driver for light to medium duty use for small projects around the house. The Dogtooth drill feels good in the hand.It has plenty of power to handle typical projects around the house. After several quick projects I was pleased. I was driving 2.5" screws into studs while putting up a TV wall mount.I just ordered one as a gift for my daughter. The Manual - The manual that comes with it shows the batteries as being 3 AH packs which is what the images on Amazon show. However, the description on Amazon says they are 1.5 AH Lithium. In fact the batteries in the package are 2 AH. So the pictures and the description on Amazon don't match what you get. I have either been given a bonus of .5 AH or cheated out of a full AH of capacity.Charging - seems to work okay. Be aware that the manual describes a charger and charging procedures for a NiMh battery, but these are Lithium. And there is no indication in the instructions as to how long a normal charge cycle should take. Should it be 1 hour or 5 hours? I have extensive experience with rechargeable Lithium batteries. I contacted the manufacturer. They said 1-2 hours. The manual explains there are two speed settings, but makes no reference as to why it has two speed settings or which you should use for what task. Based on my experience with other drill/drivers, you usually use the low setting for screws and the high setting for drilling but it would nice if the manufacturer confirmed that in the manual. There is a setting ring on the drill that shows a screw, a drill bit, and a third symbol. There is no reference to this ring in the manual or how it should be used. I can guess what the screw and drill settings are for but what is this third settimy for?Quality - The drill itself seems of good quality for a light to medium grade tool. Note that it has two double-ended screw tips mounted in slots on the drill for convenient storage and access. I liked that until I tried these tips. Both Philips tips stripped the first time I used them. They are pure junk. However the accessory bag has additional tips that seem to be of better quality, but they don't fit into the side storage slots on the drill. That was a little disappointing. My first test was to drive a 2" screw through a 2X3. As noted above, the tip stripped out. When I put in a better quality screw tip from the accessory package, the gun was able to drive the screw all the way in and took it out nicely. I had it set on low speed which is usually the power setting that I would use to drive screws on my other screw guns. The gun seems to run smoothly and has plenty of power for how I plan to use it.I would recommend it as a general around the house tool. I don't know if it would stand up to long heavy duty project like building a garage. It seems a good value for the price.

Piece of CRAP.
Don't bother. Doesn't hold a charge long, nor does it even have any real power. It's now somewhere in the woods because I threw it after the battery charger decided to stop charging the batteries. It also overheats, smokes and smells like helicopter smoke after about 5 minutes of using it, that's if the battery hasn't died. Spend the money, get a Milwaukee.

Short battery life
The bits that came with it are poor they broke the first time using them but it's good for a short period of use I would not recommend it to go on a job site with it okay for the home that's it.
