Decrease Noise, but Short Hose
This Generator Exhaust Extension Silencer Kit seems to be decent quality. It is pretty simple to install. This works well in a shed, a generator housing, or if you have a generator in a basement. At 2ft, however the hose seems to be a little short, so wherever it ends up going it must be close to the wall.

Effective, quiet, well built
Like most generators, my Honda EU7000is specified that it shouldn't be placed in an enclosure. I have one anyway, but always was concerned about exhaust. This kit not only eliminated exhaust within the enclosure, it made an already quiet generator even more quiet. My only issue with installation was that the connecting hose was a bit too long and I had to shorten it. Appears to be a good product at a fair price.
