So happy to have these pans!
OMG, these pans are great! I am so glad that I decided to try these out. I have had them for a few months now and they are incredible. They're easy to use. Easy to clean. Nothing sticks, the depth of the pan is perfect. I have no doubt that they are going to be stay durable as long as I keep taking care of them, they will last me a very long time. There is only one thing that I don't like about this pan is the handle. It's kind of thin and hard to grip, But it does stay cool while the pan is hot. Arthritis so that's probably why the handle doesn't work for me. Otherwise perfect!!

Better than another at twice the price
For an induction range, I had first bought a Cuisinart pan. It worked OK, in general, but I was never very satisfied with it's lack of uniformity of heat -- the egg I was frying on one side of pan would cook faster that the one on the other. I had to resort to pre-heating the pan before breaking the eggs into the pan. And then, I accidentally ruined the pan by leaving it on high too long so i looked for a replacement. This pan was MUCH better at half the price -- it heats more quickly and more uniformly. It's non-stick properties are also superior.

Worked ok at first, but after 2 months it is no longer non stick, Redchef doesn't back warranty!
Don't believe the good reviews. This pan has lasted less time than any other nonstick pan I've owned and it's more expensive. And that's including cheaper brands like greenpan etc. Greenpan actually lasted 1 year. After less than 2 months of use as ONLY an egg pan it is no longer nonstick. I contacted the company for their "warranty" and after a week of back forth this is what they sent:Place on an induction hob for drying.Utilize a friction brush, like a scouring pad, to brush off persistent dirt.Rinse again with water and detergent.Follow the pan's instructions for seasoning. Spread oil evenly in the pan and turn up the heat to high until it reaches a boil.Continue boiling until white smoke emerges, then rinse once more.Add detergent, rinse thoroughly, and allow the pan to dry completely.I did what they recommended anyways even though I know that you shouldn't have WHITE SMOKE on a nonstick pan! AND GUESS WHAT? It's now even worse. The "nonstick" is now completely gone and the pan is useless. There is also no response from RedChef. Please don't spend your money here. It's all marketing and they are stealing people's money. It is probably toxic as well. Just teflon and not toxin free as they claim. Bad business.

Easy to clean non stick
I've cooked a few meals in this pan. Pancakes batter with frozen blueberries... pancakes didn't slid around when shaking the pan but did pick up easily with a turner and didn't stick or tear while flipping and serving. Italian sausage with onions, peppers, tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese for a sub sandwich... nothing stuck to the pan and when stirring even the sauce moved around stuck to the everything except the pan. Steaks cooked up nicely with a good crust and didn't stick to pan. Made stew with left over steak and slow cooked in the oven with lid on, nothing really stuck to pan... any burned on bits did wash off with a dish sponge. I tend to treat pans and such not so kindly, when finished cooking I rather start eating then wash dishes so pans will sit over night before washing. Pan holds up well and cleans up easy. I haven't seen any changes to the pan from sitting over night before cleaning. The only complaint I have is the handle. It's too round and pan will tend to twist and tip over sideways. This is more of a problem if cooking in the oven and using a pot holder to remove the pan. Almost lost dinner first time cooking in the oven. Remember to use two hands and two pot holders when removing from oven with one hand to keep the pan balanced and not roll over sideways. I do wish it was 12 inch instead of 11 inch but it is what it is and description plainly says 11 inch so no surprise there. (I'm replacing an old 12 inch pan)Over all I do like this pan and would buy it again. It's sturdy, cooks fairly evenly (as evidenced by the crust on the steak), lid has a lip that sits inside of the pan so steam from cooking drips back into the pan and not on the stove. Cleans up easily (might need slight scrubbing with a dish sponge if something burns in the pan)

Quality
I purchased these as my new oven is an induction range. These scorched easily, did not clean well, and basically have been tossed or put into the charity box. The small one was not heavy enough for the induction burner to sense it so was completely unusable. They have been replaced.

I love this skillet!
Great non-stick surface. Dissipates heat evenly across the surface of the skillet. Cleans up easily and after about a year of heavy use it is holding up well. It has become my go to skillet and I highly recommend it.
