I have had a few of this type of product over the years and this is by far the most comfy to wear. I wear it overnight and can see that whilst wearing it, my toe is better aligned. Obviously this is something that is going to be a long term process. Ultimately, I think it has every chance of alleviating discomfort in the long term. It’s not going to completely fix your bunion - would need expensive and painful surgery for that, but hopefully, with continued use overnight (I have only been using for two weeks), it will improve foot health and ease foot discomfort.

I got this pair of toes straighteners but on an offer, I have rheumatoid arthritis and my feet are shot, so when I saw these I got them immediately. I’ve had contraptions before which were painful and cumbersome so we’re thrown out. These are a neat design and are comfortable to wear without taking them off through the night.I read that they can be worn with shoes, but unless your shoes are two sizes bigger than normal there is no way you can wear them, I think that it would be uncomfortable to walk in them too. But wearing them in bed is fine, I haven’t noticed a difference yet, but as it’s only been a couple of weeks I shall see how it goes. Even if it stops my toes twisting further inward, then I’ll be happy.I have Dr arthritis gloves which are a godsend for when I’m at work on the computer, I couldn’t be without them, so my faith in theses splints is high.

Nowhere in the description does it mention SIZING. On opening the package the product box says "L-XL". However, the product info also indicates that the splint will fit most people. So I have tried it on. ☹️ I can find no way of it fitting comfortably. Either the toe strap is beyond the end of my toe or, if the toe strap is in the right place (but uncomfortable) the foot strap is in line with my leg, not instep. Causing an excess of material between toe and instep. Either way of use is too uncomfortable to persevere with. My foot size is UK 4-4.5. Only a little smaller than average. I'm virtually housebound so making a return isn't a realistic option for the cost. Edit: is the toe strap meant to be horizontal and parallel with the foot strap? It's only a slight angle but it makes a difference on a smaller foot. Also, the velcro tab has been poorly attached, at an angle with rough edges and stitching.

Arrived quickly, two foot brace in the package. Fit well, although I found uncomfortable if wearing for long periods of time.

Firstly I was delighted to receive a pair rather than a single item. Secondly I am extremely pleased with these straighteners. They are comfortable and very effective. Strongly recommended.
