I was looking for a little charcoal grill to take camping and this one is perfect for my needs. I’ve only used it once. It easily had room for 4 big burgers. I used foil on the charcoal pan with holes punched through the air vents. It worked great, cleaned up easily, and packed away nicely in its case. Thank you!

My wife and I plan to use this little grill for camping and for occasionally cooking burgers on our deck without firing up our large smoker grill, and it's perfect for us. We've been using a small, kettle grill, which works ok, but it doesn't fold up so it takes up room in the camper storage compartment, it doesn't have an ash collector, so I have to tip the whole thing upside down to dump the ashes, and It doesn't have a roasting pan. This little grill has all of those things.It's a good, sturdy grill. The legs each fold up at the push of a button and just flip out easily to set it up. With the legs and the ash pan, it can be used on a picnic table without hot ashes getting on the table. (In fact, it almost needs to sit on a table. It sits a little low to be used as a free-standing grill unless you sit down while using it.) It comes with a nice carrying case so it can be packed into the case and stashed in the camper without getting dirt or ashes in the camper.It's small. The cooking area is about 12 1/2 inches in diameter. You're not going to be cooking steaks for everyone at your family reunion on this little grill but that's not what it's for. It's designed to be easily transported and to cook for two to four people so it's perfect for us. It will easily hold 4 small or two large steaks, several burgers, and a bunch of hotdogs. Obviously, it's not a covered grill, there is no cover such as kettle grills have, so it really won't work for smoking, but, again, that's not what it's designed for.The roasting pan will be great for veggies, shrimp, or anything too small to cook on the grill. It will also work well for heating water without turning the bottom of the kettle black. It has a detachable handle so it can easily be taken off or placed on the hot grill and the handle also works on the grill.The ash catcher is going to work great for cleaning out the grill without a big mess. The ad suggests putting water in the ash catcher, which should work very well.This is a very nice, quality-made, grill with a lot of great features. I'm looking forward to enjoying it on our camping trips this summer.
