Coffee quality was great! Started fast but only lasted a couple months and it didn't want to turn on again. Bummer I just need to buy something more expensive next time.

I really wanted to love this coffee maker…Pros: It does make piping hot and flavorful coffee.😍 This coffee maker has a small footprint, looks nice and takes up little counter space.Cons: When using a mug or cup on the drip tray, coffee splashes everywhere. Even though the cup tray can be elevated, the tray is too flimsy to support the cup.😒Unfortunately, I am returning this coffee maker.

First time I tried it to clean it, the lid locked down and I was not able to open it without forcing it. I’m worried about breaking it. When you lift the lid lever it is supposed to draw in two lock pieces but this does not pull them in enough, so the lid stays locked. It’s very frustrating because it is going to be a hassle to return it for a replacement. And if I choose not to I have to damage it to modify the locking feet. I’m not happy with this product at all.

I purchased this as a replacement coffee pot. It perks, different amounts of coffee. It’s a little harder to use than a Keurig or one of those, but it still does the job. And it’s cheaper than a Keurig.

Exactly as advertised - it makes hot coffee or iced coffee, with grounds or K-cups (or equivalent). Nothing super fancy but no feature left out. The controls aren't the most intuitive, but you can fumble your way through without reading the manual a couple times till you get the hang of it. Overall good value, would recommend.

Set this up in the garage for work coffee on the go, small enough to not take much work bench space, but big enough to fit my bigger mugs. Easy to use and straight forward. As someone that doesnt use normal K-cup flavors this is great, throw whatever flavor coffee I want in the reusable pods and brew a cup.

I love how versatile this coffee maker is! It effortlessly brews both hot and cold coffee, making it perfect for any time of the day. Mornings are much better with a warm cup, and the iced option is a lifesaver in the summer. It's super easy to use, and the compact design doesn't take up much counter space. Overall, a great addition to my kitchen!

After maybe two weeks of using this product it stopped working properly, would only pour out half the volume of coffee it should have then stop like it was finished. Do not recommend this product. Would give it a lower rating if I could

Works excellent with plastic k cups but not well with the compostable ones as the needle on top not long enough to puncture the capsules. After 2 wks use the water overflowed and was everywhere. Ruined top of my new coffee station. Tried descaling and after several attempts it seemed good, except now all the buttons flash blue if brewing lid is not lifted. Such a pain. Not worth buying. Already threw away box , so will have to garbage this and try a different brand.
