This soundbar offers improved sound compared to my LG C4 TV alone. I'm impressed with how much better the bass is on music and the improvements that I hear in voices when watching TV.I turned on the TV speakers with the sound bar enabled—WOW! Orchestra processing does help music quality.Installation was a pain, as I'd already mounted the TV to a VESA stand. I could mount the sound bar successfully without removing the TV from the stand. Watching the LG installation videos several times helped.The sound bar looks great under the TV. Overall, it's an excellent match for what I needed.

I'm using this on a LG EVO C4 65' in a 12x14 room. The depth it gives to the sound is simply amazing!!! It will fill the room but if you're looking for the water in the glass to shimmer while watching Jurassic Park, this isn't a sound bar for you. Most reviews are correct in that the C4 TV is actually louder than when the is sc9 connected. However, what it does provide is room filling sound that is loud enough for me, while not disturbing others in the house. This upgrade is about quality, accurate sound, versus loud. Loud doesn't mean quality but if you're looking for loud AF that will get cops called, look at the Nakamichi....I wasn't looking for that. For any audiophile on a budget and in a small room.....sc9 is amazing!!!

Great sound once you pair it with the rear speakers (not included) and do the AI sound calibration. But without the calibration, which requires the subwoofer and rear speakers, the sounds are very, very low.

This product fully integrates with the LG C4 product 65" and likely the other sizes supported. When the TV is cut on, the power bar automatically powers on, synchronizes and begins to play. Very nice setup with the subwoofer (wireless). I did purchase an 8K cable to connect to the ARC port on the TV. The sound bar would likely work with other TVs, but this has the mount (replacement stand or sound bar holder if wall mounted) to space the TV from the sound bar correctly. With the LG the TV's control increases and lowers the soundbar volume, no need to use the soundbar remote unless something is out of synchronization (only needed for installation).
