Amazing AC unit!
Had to replace our ac unit from brandsmart because it broke and warranty was a hassle! Got this on sale and got it within two days! It fits good on the windowsill, it is on the smaller size but works amazing! It gets the room so cold and it's very simple to use with/without the remote or just the buttons on the unit itself. No issues, looks very clean, adjustable to the window, very much valued for the money it's worth! The noise isn't too loud, only when starting it up but not a nuisance! Definitely recommend, especially for summer time!!

Excellent cooling
Just the size I needed for my bedroom. Works wonderfully. Nice and cool all night. Some noise as to be expected but doesn't interfere with tv. Fits nicely into 35 x 35 window.

Cool install
The installation process was straightforward and could be completed by a single person within 20 minutes. However, the bottom housing for the curtain track, at the bottom kf thr ac arrived with a dent. Despite this minor issue, the installation was successful, and all components functioned as intended. The remote control is a convenient feature, and the unit effectively cools a medium-sized bedroom. I am still exploring the various operations and functions of the air conditioner, but it meets my primary requirements. One area for improvement is the quality of the curtains. They are somewhat flimsy, and any light shining towards the air conditioner during the day is noticeable. Additionally, I recommend using more foam and insulation during installation to enhance efficiency and reduce noise. The remote is also useless in the dark. A few of the buttons glow in the dark, however it is only momentarily and very dimm.Overall, the air conditioner performs well and meets my expectations. With some minor improvements, it could be an even more effective cooling solution.

Great! Tiny, but still 6,000 BTU.
Great little window a/c for power emergency use with a generator (I live in Houston...). Looks nice inside and out. Tiny, but still 6,000 BTUs.Impressive. Sound on 'high' is as to be expected of a small unit. Cools to 62, just as advertised. My comments:1. 'Eco' Mode button just turns it into a fan. I keep it on 'off'.2. Installation instructions ignore the 3d type of window: metal embedded into stucco. My 2001-built 3-story townhouse has this type. The 'wood' clips worked for me.3. Only 4 (not 7) screws in box, and the wrong kind anyway. I used self-drilling hex-head screws that obviate the need to drill pilot holes. Much faster to install. So easy too.4. My window was only 21" wide; the official minimum is 23". Easy fix: I cut 2" off the right louvre panel plastic 'arms'. Perfect fit.I would buy this again.

Flawed Design - DO NOT BUY
First purchase one of the bottom channel brackets that fits in the window track was welded on crooked, so it wouldn't fit in the window track. Returned for replacement. The second unit still was slightly crooked, but the overall design is flawed for how it's supposed to be installed. There is a metal hump RIGHT NEXT TO THE CHANNEL BRACKET - effectively blocking the edge of the window from dropping down to lock the unit onto the window track. We have standard single hung vinyl windows so the issue is not our window. This is just a badly designed product with inconsistent manufacturing. I can't say if it works or not because we are now having to return the second unit (very heavy/annoying) and never got it installed. Will move on or go without.

Disappointed
The media could not be loaded. I was disappointed in this AC. The previous 6,000 BTU model (pictured) MAW06R1BWT worked sooo much better. This one doesn’t blow nearly as cold enough and is also louder. It doesn’t rattle so the noise is tolerable but overall the cooling quality is a bummer. I’ve had it down to 62 and my apartment is still fairly warm. The previous older AC unit (pictured) cooled my entire basement apartment. This one only cools the room it’s installed in and not even as well as I’d like. Water does NOT drain on either of these AC units on its own, even when properly installed, so you have to use the “gauze trick” which works fine if you don’t mind swapping out often (pictured) or void the warranty and drill a hole (which I finally gave up and did with the old one). But once I did that the old unit was great! I wanted a second one but it wasn’t avail so I got this one. The exterior of this newer unit also runs a lot hotter than normal and I was concerned of its longevity. Disappointing overall compared to the previous model, but if you buy at an inexpensive price point, it gets the job done for a small room.

Does it's job
AC is really good. Cools down the bedroom quickly (which is always hot due to lack of air circulation). Easy installation and for the most part, pretty quiet

Good Product
It works well. No problems. It blows air as it should for its power level. Air flow direction is adjustable. Easy air filter is a big plus. It is noisy but it will be because it has a motor etc. Good value for the price.
