Excellent value for money.
Very solid, well built and packaged router, looks far more expensive than it cost.WiFi signal is excellent, user interface is easy to navigate, but perhaps lacks options for more advanced set up.Very pleased with it and happy to recommend it.

Great WiFi range, interface needs work
This is a great router if you want to replace an existing router with a faster model and it is provided superfast WiFi across out house to all devices in range.Unfortunately I need to use this as an access point rather than the main router and once you disable DHCP you can no longer access the unit without a hard reset no matter what you do, so you have to get it right or start over again. Due to this I only gave it 4 stars as everything else about the router is great, amazing speed and reliable connection, just a shame the firmware has this glaring issue.

So far so good
I bought a refurbished one great saving, to access the router you will need a laptop/tablet as won't work on mobile. This has improved the signal and speed throughout the house.

Many dropouts and a serious lockup = Big waste of time
I persevered with the Wavlink router for a few weeks because on paper if should be a great value dual band router. I liked that is was build like a brick and seemd plenty robust enough for the on-stage network of our band's audio equipment. But it turns out I just wasted a load of time.Unfortunately I found the 5g network suffered from frequent dropouts and the ssid would appear and drop out of available network list even when the laptop was really close by the router. The final straw was suffering a major lockup of the device. No connections could be made and the display was unresponsive. Power cycle did not fix this - after the progress bar reached 100% it all just froze as before. Surprisingly the factory reset button did absolutely nothing. After being powered off overnight the unit came alive and display could show the different pages. But it was too little too late. Network equipment needs to be reliable - and this wasn't - so it was returned for refund. The replacement is tp-link Archer C64. Setup has been really quick in comparison to the Wavlink - but time will tell for long term performance and it will get its own review in due course ...

Poor instructions
My experience with this router hasn't been very positive, despite being confident in my computer-related skills. I evaluate products based on quality and ease of use, and unfortunately, this router caused me a lot of hassle during setup, ultimately preventing me from accessing all its features. It's possible that my difficulties were due to compatibility issues with my network. I'm a Sky broadband customer using the original Sky Hub as my main internet entry point, and it's possible that this router isn't well-suited for the Sky network. One major issue was the poor quality of the manual provided with the router. It lacked detailed instructions, making setup challenging for anyone who isn't a networking expert or doesn't rely on automatic configurations. While I found it's possible to connect a third-party router to the Sky Hub in a double NAT configuration, I struggled to do so successfully. Despite connecting the Sky Hub router to the Wavlink router's WAN port and establishing an internet connection, I encountered difficulties configuring the router, and none of the router's URLs would work. Despite trying different setups, I eventually gave up as the process was anything but straightforward. If you're a Sky broadband customer using the original Sky Hub, be prepared for potential challenges when setting up the Wavlink router, despite the manufacturer's claims of ease of setup. Lastly, this is a quite large unit, personally I try to hide things like that but it might prove quite difficult with this product.

Good for a basic router
I've been using the ER110 sky router for ages but I got a WiFi camera for the front door, and it struggled to get a good signal, so I ordered this as a replacement. It was easy to set up, and I found the admin panel good enough for the majority of people. If you have particular technical needs though, this probably isn't for you, no open-wrt or tomato for example. The signal has a good reach and seems quite stable, my camera works properly at last. We're quite a tech-heavy family but it happily allowed everything to connect. It also looks nice if you want to have it on display, personally mine went behind a picture frame on a shelf, but each to their own.

Office use
Works really well in my garden office with Internet connection in the house although I do have wired connection.
