Be careful of the plastic protector
Good quality and looks great. One thing to be careful about is the plastic protector with the sticky part to seal the photo in that it comes with. Unfortunately for me, it attached to my 11 x 14 and rendering it not frame able. Totally my fault for not thinking of this while taking it out of the plastic.

Crinkles everywhere.
Ordered a 24x36 photo and it’s so crinkly I’m clearly not going to display it anywhere. Such a shame because the photo itself looks in good quality.

Wrong orientation
Picture preview was in Landscape but actual print was sent in Portrait. Part of the picture was cutoff and not usable for my purpose. Disappointed and not able to request a refund or reprint.
