I just installed this this item, it really is plug and play, it was so easy i though I must have did something wrong, hooked up the battery and started the car and it worked great, had a problem with the steering wheel controls, emailed the company and had a reply with in 2 hours, but I found out I had missed a plug, soon as i plugged it in worked great, they send you a link to a you tube video for install, I have a 2017 mustang, the wiring harness has everything you need, plus you can add to it, everything you need comes in the box, and i was able to use the factory back up camara. great item.

Great new radio replacement. I ordered this while on sale and it was a great choice, my original radio had the screen bubbling and melting off from the heat, so i decided to order this and it is just a new aesthetic look for the interior, the back up camera is good quality, it does come with a lot of cables and it is not very hard to install but it is a bit confusing with so many cables, but you don’t use every single plug anyways, only certain ones are important. This was a replacement for my 2015 Ford Mustang V6 Convertible, it fits great! apple carplay works great, it’s worth the money, the sound does feel a bit lower than before but you can adjust it . it IS AN ANDROID TABLET

I like this upgrade! Nice big screen. Looks way better than the stock. Has only 1 preamp sub output. Has a crazy amount of equalizer options! Plug and play. It took me longer to get the old unit out than to put this in!

This works great, looks very sleek, was easy to install (took about 2 hours and there’s plenty of youtube videos) and cery for user friendly. I upgraded from the older radio in my 2015 mustang and it feels like a new car. The only odd thing is my push to start doesn’t turn green anymore but not a big deal. It’s also nice being able to see maps when my phone is connected since my car didn’t come with navigation.

Looks great, will update if the radio doesn't work. Update-this is a great radio and fairly easy to install! Sounds great and supports aftermarket subs. Lots of bells and whistles to play with. I get compliments on it!

Installed 2018 Mustang today by Licensed Installer..The unit has No fade balance tone setting no EQ but worse -Now - the car's A/C is not controlled by the Head unit and toggles (Hazards/Drive modes etc.) Do not work. Does not turn on !!!!!!The claim of 24/hr Tech Support - negative. Haha A friggin J😃KE. THE Installer called the proclaimed number many times - I called the number and still notta.Hey - it Looks good though 😔 😟 🙁... for nothing.System Due for removal to return to Amazon this week!!!! 😠 😡 😠

Great upgrade for 2017 Mustang radio. Easy to install, nice touch screen.

Eveything is great other than it doesn’t let you do the chair cool and heating option.Annoying
