Possibilities are endless
The media could not be loaded. This is our first experience with a CNC machine. I will say the assembly was intimidating with so many pieces to assemble. However the instructions were very easy to follow. This took several hours to put together. We are on a large learning curve but are excited with trying simple designs and projects to continue practicing. Engraving seems fast and we have not noticed the motor heating up at all. The unit is stable and doesn't move around while working. The actual engraving area is large and accommodates up to 18×18 inches. We are continuing to practice and are excited with all the new possibilities!

The software is the issue
Cnc is great maybe a little under powered.Biggest expense and problem is software. You either have to pay hundreds and hundreds of dollars for the software. The software included with the CNC is free but very limited.

Solid and easy
This is a far more solid machine than I was expecting for the price. The design is well thought out. It was very easy to assemble , though step 18 of the instructions missed some details. The standard spindle feels a little light weight for some of the tasks I have in mind. I will almost certainly be upgrading the spindle and adding the laser unit in the very near future.I picked this up on sale and, so far, it's been more than I hoped for.

TTC450 CNC Machine
The seller is fantastic. Had some issues but was right on it and helped with everything. It's a beautiful machine and is very sturdy. Tech support is also very helpful and quick to respond to any issue.

Well built and precise.
The only issue is that the controller gets stuck in the end positions AKA "hard limit". The firmware must be updated by bringing back the position by an increment to release the end position microswitch/s.

Not worth the effort or expense
I am an experienced CNC user. I have two other CNC machines from different companies. The Two Trees CNC machine took me over 8 hours to assemble because the instructions are terrible and the assembly process is not intuitive. There is a YouTube video available but that is only marginally better because of bad camera angles and lighting. The included 80 watt spindle is under-powered and basically useless for anything other than MDF. Their product description says that it can support a 65 trim router. However, they don't mention that they won't sell the mounting bracket separately. You have to buy their router for $139 to get the upgraded bracket. Chatting with customer service was another ordeal. I tried to explain that I don't need the router, I only need the bracket. The conversation kept going in circles with them asking me to send pictures of my machine and router and then telling me to buy their router.I had high hopes for this machine because it uses ball screws instead of belts. The stepper motors are NEMA17 which are okay, but I would prefer NEMA23 steppers when using a router which is much heavier than the included spindle. It comes with a decent set of bits, clamps, and tools. If you're thinking about getting into CNC as a hobby or for a business, there are much better choices than this one. To make it functional you'd have to buy the upgrade kit which pushes the price into the range of much better machines. In the photo you can see the router I wanted to use. Compare that to the tiny spindle that is mounted on the machine.

A little patience pays off
Once you get through the details of assembly and figure out how things work, the machine does work well. Getting the software dialed in will vary depending on the person, the software and the project. Overall a decent size and quality machine that can perform well once calibrated. The only TBD is long term durability, but only time will tell.

Not easy to assemble
The media could not be loaded. I have to say this was not as easy as they make it sound. The instructions were not clear in description at certain points and if you have large hands or big fingers trying to manipulate small screws with a small Allen key is just dumb from a design standpoint. Secondly I strongly feel that step six subpart 4 is a design fail, the coupling slides over the X-axis long screw and is simply clamped down onto it and that is supposed to hold the long screw through it’s function and not strip?!? This should be a straight through nut and bolt assembly because I believe this component gets a fair amount of torque action on it and you have to hope the headless hexagon thread screw is up to the task of holding on and not stripping eventually. Also when to plug in and how to run the wiring is not explained or even shown so good luck with that.
