This item was extremely easy to put together and looks very nice. I haven't had it very long, but I hope it lasts because I really do love it for its functionality. For the price I paid it's definitely sturdier than I thought it was going to be. It does however flex a little bit, but not so much it is concerning. Overall the value or cost of this ladder is what made me buy it and I don't regret it for a second.

Super cute and easy to put together. Only complaint is the rubber part on the bottom “legs” came off, so it would slide on the floor and come crashing down. Used double sided tape to fix that problem!

Surprisingly sturdy, and very attractive. I bought two of them and they worked out very well. Highly recommend!

This ladder is awesome and sturdy. Love the smell of the wood as well. I got this on sale for 25$ and it was money well spent. Easy assembly and comes with little rubber stickers for the bottoms to help prevent it from sliding and scuffing wall.

The color is nice, however, it arrived with several nicks and scratches that are very obvious due to the contrast with the dark color (and light colored scratches). Also, it comes with these little round stickers to cover up the screw heads, but they're not even the same color as the would. It just looks cheesy and I will remove mine.The screws are another topic -The ladder comes partially assembled (the legs are already connected by hinges, so you just unfold and add the steps in the middle to complete assembly) which is helpful, but is uses black hinges as the hardware and silver/nickel finished colored screws. Why not match the color of the hardware?? It's such an eyesore, as if we put it together with whatever random screws that we had in our junk drawer. This is certainly a degradable flaw that reduces the value and appeal. Could be an easy improvement on the manufactures end.Finally, the effectiveness -I ordered this to replace my current black, metal blanket ladder. I knew before ordering that this one was 6 inches shorter, but I was hoping that is matched my furniture better. Also, it has 5 steps... whereas my current one has only 4. The problem is that the 5 steps are crammed into less space, which makes the blankets look bulky and cluttered. Also, the bottom step is so low to the ground that it is not useful. Quite honestly it's a joke how low it is. What are you going to hang there... a washcloth? If you plan to utilize 5 steps, then I recommend that you get the 6-teir ladder from this brand.On a positive note -It comes with the tools and mismatched hardware needed for assembly. It is partially pre-assembled. It has pre-drilled guide holes for the screws, and most lined up properly. They made an effort, a cheap effort, to attempt to hide the screw heads. Rubber strips/stickers are provided to put on both ends to avoid scratching the wall (which is another reason why I wanted to replace my metal one) or floor. Non-slip. The wood seems sturdy.Price -All I'll say is... do a quick search on amazon or google and you'll quickly find comparable products starting around $30For me, there were too many cons, than pros. I've given it to someone else already.

Perfect size

Great for what I needed it for. It came with stickers to cover the hardware on the sides..stickers don’t stick and look cheap. If you don’t mind it..it’s great. Mine is in a spare room in the corner so you don’t see it. Decent product for the price
