I usually don’t take the time to write product reviews, but this is the first product that warranted my time. I’ve gone through six showerheads in the past year and a half, and my family has destroyed all of them except this one. This one has great versatility with both the overhead rain and the handheld Device that allows you to wash small children, dogs, tub, and things of that nature. It has to curb water pressure with lots of different settings. It looks like a quality product as well. Doesn’t look cheap or cheesy. It hasn’t leaked like all the other ones have either. Overall, I would highly recommend this product.

This is a well manufactured dual shower head but my only complaint is that the arm that holds the rainfall head is rather short. Putting everything together and Install is super easy.

I ordered this hoping it met my expectations and it definitely does. When I tell you my shower is almost complete, all I need is some eucalyptus to put around the top. The pressure is perfect and it’s bigger than I expected so that’s a plus. The quality of the material is great and it was also very easy to install. Just put extra of the tape it comes with when you install it so it doesn’t leak. I love it :)

The rain shower head is so relaxing and the other head is great with all the settings on it.Easy to set up and good value.

The media could not be loaded. I don't normally leave reviews but this has pissed me off to another level. Look I've installed a few rain shower heads. Started with a 8", then upgraded to a 10" and now that I moved the fixtures are black so I was looking for something to match the look and found this and I thought okay bigger with a filter... no brainer to buy. I did read the mix reviews and thought pft maybe they didn't do it right. But nope they were right.I've been at this for 2 glittering (because I can't curse) hours. I used enough of the teflon (which they don't include enough with the amount of times you have to try to make this work). If you use a wrench to tighten a little bit it will peel. It's painted (for that I could've bought a chrome one and painted it myself). God I'm so upset. After you think you fixed one leak. Another one happens at the connection of the square showerhead. My solution for that one is to take off the gasket that it comes with because it will leak with it. With all the times I tried to tighten the paint peels. Not the type of look I want to have just buying it. And then when I tried to shower again another small drip. I just cannot. It's not supposed to be this difficult or time consuming. Normally I take 15 min but this is a nightmare. Not worth the money or time. Don't fix something that isn't broke. I should've left my shower head the way it was.Also, it says it's high pressure but I find that the handheld portion of this doesn't get much pressure. It says 2.5 GPM. I do light the light feel of the handheld portion but would definitely need to replace filter regularly because it's made of plastic and hard water has no mercy on plastic or anything.I just had to undo it all to return because mines has to be a defective one. I would've loved it to work but unfortunately I guess I'm not that lucky this time.

The media could not be loaded. Okay so thanks to reading mix reviews, mostly good, I was able to install mine without mistakes. Someone used a wrench to tighten and it chipped her paint. Please just use your hands and a cloth/rag with texture for grip. Use the tape! That little screw at the top is the shower arm, loosen it to put it on then tighten after you feel it’s secured. Those are all the things I can think of. Great product, great packaging and quick delivery and setup.
