Love this for someone who isn’t very up with all the latest trends this was so easy to pair up with my smart phone & then I went on the App Store & got Spotify & choose the music I wanted to listen to. The JBL is small but handey to attach to a belt so you can blast your music out & when I say blast for something so small it’s very loud!You can pair this up with another JBL speaker & place it inside or outside to get the same music playing were ever you are.One thing that did happen was that I had a phone call & it connected to the JBL & anyone & everyone would have heard the conversation. I switched the JBL speaker off I’m sure there is a way of preventing this from happening I just haven't googled it yet.But in all really impressed with my JBL speaker it’s small but the volume coming out is brilliant & the cost is great value for money . My friend who is a teacher has just purchased one to go outside on break times with the students she said she had been looking for something for ages & the JBL speaker was prefect.

I’ve recently tested the JBL Go 4, Sony XB100, and Soundcore Select 4 side by side—and I have to say, don’t believe the hype claiming these are all on the same level. It’s simply not true. The JBL GO 4 clearly stands out as the WINNER.Despite the Sony XB100 being praised for its bass, the sound balance is way off. Vocals come through muddy and flat, almost like something went wrong during sound engineering😂. No matter how much I played around with the settings, the speaker just seemed to favour bass and forget the rest. Music is more than just low-end thump—clarity matters. And honestly, I’ve learned not to trust Sony products under £100 when it comes to sound.The Soundcore Select 4 was a bit of a mixed bag. It’s definitely looks V sleek. Sound quality was better than the Sony, no doubt, but still didn’t reach the clarity and balance I got from the JBL.Now, the JBL Go 4—this one impressed me. It has a clean, well-balanced sound, where vocals and instruments actually shine through. It’s compact and ideal for travel, but still delivers punchy, clear audio.In the end, if you’re after a speaker that’s not just about bass, but about well-rounded sound that actually respects the music, go with the JBL Go 4. You won’t regret it!

Incredible value. This much power and quality for the price is genuinely surprising. It will be fine for most small rooms or if you want some ambient sound in a medium sized situation. You can buy two and link them up as well, though I haven’t don’t that yet. Battery lasts long for this kind of speaker. It’s really simple to use and you’ll have no problems connecting it to your devices.

Fab little speaker...perfect to slip in my bag and take along on my travels. Excellent sound and value.

The speaker is very nice. It's solidly built, though not too heavy, and looks good. Connects easily over Bluetooth. Most importantly, the sound quality is very good, even at high volume. Easily played the music for a screaming children's birthday party. It's a bit bassy for my taste, and may be slightly soft in comparison to hifi speakers, but the bass is not intrusive. For this price, this is an excellent purchase.

Bought to quickly replace a much more expensive JBL that was lost.Wow! Excellent value, great sound - at least for indoors, not quite pumping BBQ volumes but certainly not bad. Pocket sized, easy to carry, definitely recommend it.

It was a toss up between this and the Bose bout this one won out in part due to its usb C charging port the other being its construction.I wanted a small BT speaker to put next to or under my pillow so I could fall asleep listening to radio dramas/audiobooks etc and this little speaker has exceeded expectations.A charge lasts for a couple of nights or more, the sound quality is excellent with the bass just right and not overblown, the mids and highs are crisp making human voice recordings a joy to listen to but stick some led zeppelin through it and it rocks!The app is basic but does the job, offering a few different eq settings including a custom eq setting and the ability to use two of these at once and connect them wirelessly as a stereo pair!I anything happened to mine I’d buy another without hesitation.
