My husband ordered this and this is what he says about it; " It was ready to use right out of the box. It had enough charge on it for me to use through the evening for @ 4 hours while using my laptop. I put it in it's charging cradle which I had charged while I was using the earpiece. The percentage #'s lit up when I put it in the cradle so that worked. The next morning, the earpiece was fully charged and I used it on & off through the day and through a second day now without putting it back on it's charging cradle. Since it only fits in the charging cradle one way, you do have to reset the ear hook and the little piece that goes into your ear canal to fit in the charging cradle. I'm going to use it until I get a "battery low" indication then re-charge it in it's cradle. The sound quality is so much better than my last earpiece, a Jabra, & it was pretty good I thought. It just got dirty & when cleaning it I sort of caused it to come apart & it didn't sound right after that which is why I bought this. Anyway, back to this EQUU unit, I have not noticed any background noise interference so I guess that part works well also. It paired up easily with my iphone & my laptop & my blue tooth radio in my garage. I didn't do anything to get it to pair with the radio in the garage, it just did it on it's own as I walked by the radio. It was funny. Things were quiet & then suddenly I heard "Pairing" & I had music in my ear. I have not had an opportunity to use the function button for more than turning it on & off yet but I'll see how that goes when I get a call. If it sounds as good on a phone call as it does on my radio & laptop, I'll be impressed. I have noticed that when I turn it off, the volume resets to 100% and it's so loud I turn it down to @ 80%. I did swap the actual fitting that goes into the ear canal to the smaller one & it fits much better than the large one that was factory installed. All in all, I would say I'm pretty happy with it & it is definitely worth the money at this point. If I have any problems I'll come back and update this review."

I've had a couple of Bluetooth headsets, the previous one meeting its demise by my dog, but I digress. This headset is comfortable and is loud enough. I find that it slips out of the ear slightly but it's better than being jammed in. The ear loop is adjustable but holds its position well, and the speaker clicks into place with good variance. The multi-function button is a little firm but it beats the simple touch pseudo-buttons that some headsets have. The high volume warning is just a short double beep, but you might find yourself hitting that a few times if in a car. The case it comes with feels a bit flimsy, particularly the lid, but it is light and can take a few hits. When charging the headset in the case, I found I need to keep the ear loop propped up slightly so it is compressed by the closed lid to hold the headset in the charger properly. It works well if you do this, but I did have it not charge recently and that was a straightforward fix. I've never had battery issues with this device yet, I tend to keep it in and on most of the day.

Connection is quick and the sound is crisp and clear

The media could not be loaded. I want to know how this product got such good reviews? It on only holds charge no longer than 4 hours at most. Eat piece is loose and floppy which makes it difficult to put on. Cheap quality. Sound quality is not always good. I have an older cheaper one that still holds charge for longer then a day. I would still be using the old one if my wife hadn’t washed it in the clothes. It works other than the sound quality on my end is not good. Do not waist money on this. I bought it for the discounts and good ratings. Maybe I got a defected one. With price being so low it’s not worth the money and time to drive 25 minutes to return it. Hope this review helps others to look at other options before buying this one. I a so disappointed. Thanks for reading.

I charge it, turn it off, if I touch it it's on again, I miss calls because they go to the ear peirce so I get a lot of I called but you didn't answer, I won't be buying this product again.

This Bluetooth earpiece works great! It saves me having to carry my phone around with me. I can have both hands free to keep working while answering calls and staying in touch with family and friends. Sound quality is good. Range depends on structures & blogs. My bldg is metal so if I walk outside, I lose connection within 10 feet of door while phone is inside. Earpiece is comfortable for all day use.

This a very good product for this prince range. It comes with a useful case that is also a charger. The sound quality is good, perfect for phone calls that is what I need. The comfort is standard, there is not much you can do to personalise. Overall, good value for money.
