I love it! It is larger than my guy likes at 21.5 inches, but it's perfect to me! It was easy to set up and send pictures to. The only item I can see being a concern is if I wall mount it in the future and need to use a USB drive. The usb port would be blocked by the wall mounting attachment. For now, I am using the easel mount, so it is not an issue. I highly recommend this one. I research many.

Great frame!

Just purchased and received this Sunday. The setup was simple and easy. It's vivid in color and the picture quality is crisp. It was easy to navigate. Haven't had any issues thus far. It is a great value for the money. I chose to mount it on our wall which was also easy. I'll update in the future to state any changes, if any.

UPDATE: We purchased regular picture frames and Standard frame Mat sizes as listed and format the picture ratio as follows, and they look GREAT!:• Interior: 13.5 x 10.5 picture size• Exterior: 20 x 16 interior frame sizeSet photos at 4:3 ratio to fit frameThis exceeded my expectations in picture quality and non-reflective screen, it is NOT highgloss like many of them with leads to reflections, this is a matt finish. We are also going to order a wood picture frame for it, they are available online doing a search and custom fit ones are only about $50.I do not know about longevity, so will update if it does not work right.Has a remote too. I use it by USB or Card only, I do not have it connected to the internet, although easier to setup if initially connected, then just shut off internet access.

I absolutely love this frame! My kids can upload pics to it and surprise me from states away. Holds videos with sound too!! Brings me a lot of happiness when I am missing everyone.

It still works great. Add in pictures to the SD card a lot, and we keep it on 24/7

What I like... the size of the screen..Everything I dont like: The app isn't super easy. There are better picture frame apps...such as Skylight. The app doesn't keep what pictures you have on the frame. so the only way to delete photos is on the actual frame.Constantly going off-line. When I try to power it down to off or restart the frame it will just sit spinning saying restarted. The only way to reset it is to unplug it and since I placed the outlet directly behind the frame, it's extremely difficult to remove the frame to unplug itI am returning it.

I’ve been meaning to get this for a few yrs now and good thing I waited as this is the biggest digital picture frame available at the moment. Gave it 4 stars because it doesn’t have a sensor to turn on or off, overall it’s a nice picture frame. Highly recommended.

I wish the company had produced larger screen sizes with 24 or 27 inch screens.

I like everything about it, except I feel like the photos tend to look a little bit grainy and not as clear as the original photos taken. But overall a very cool frame and it’s the largest I could find and I am happy to have been able to find, this size. I definitely recommendIt was very easy to upload the photos for my enjoyment
