2 Years on - an excellent, durable, quality product
I bought this for my wife over 2 years ago.Seriously, do you remember the old Samsonite commercials with the gorilla throwing one of their bags around it's cage? Amateur. He should hang his head in shame. A puny gorilla has nothing on a good Realtor! This thing has been through the ringer, has been across the country and back and across again, dragged down cobblestone streets, dirt roads, drenched, dropped, dragged and kicked but not yet shot or set on fire. I don't think anyway.Oddly, the *only* issue I had with it seems to have gone away as it's been broken in. And that is that when first folded closed the side cloth would tend to stick out as you zipped it shut, and the zipper would snag on it. As the cloth has gotten softer over time it's no longer an issue. It folds inside well and closes quickly and easily. That aside, it rolls like crazy. My Wife uses it to carry her laptop, tons of papers and AC adapter. It also usually has pens, cards, phone chargers and her flip or digital camera to mention a few things at any given time. Things literally get lost in it for weeks as it's so roomy. Every day I throw it in the back of her car, and almost every day pull it back out. It goes on and on.Pros:- incredibly roomy- well divided- will hold large files- Velcro straps to secure laptop- lots of little pockets and organizers- easy to get to exterior sections- handsome - but not "attractive" if you know what I mean- perfect for air travelCons- side flaps stiff and get caught in zipper (see above) at first- could be too large for some folks- industrial appearanceIf you're looking for a workhorse bag that goes for years and *still looks good* after going through the grinder, I give this my highest recommendation. There's not too many things out there that work like this. 5 stars no problem.

Awesome bag, but too big for under the seat
I love it , fits all my stuff with room to spare, but you better board early 'cause it won't fit under your seat. I typically check my luggage and put this one overhead, so no big deal. I love having two spinners while running through the airport, one one each side of me. No weight on my shoulders, just pushing things along. Highly recommended!Update 4/4/2024:After 4 years and 9 months, the handle finally disintegrated and I am forced to retire an otherwise perfectly fine bag. The handle is very flimsy right out of the box, and I am actually surprised it lasted as long as it did. I make about 20 business trips a year, so the bag is used 60-80 days a year. The other days I work from home, so it sits in my closet. I am not sure how long one of these should last, but I was hoping to get more than 3-400 days out of it. The warranty on these is 3 years, so no luck there! I just ordered a new "spinner" on Amazon, the "Samsonite Xenon 3.0 Spinner Mobile Office Laptop Bag" and I am hoping the handle is a little sturdier on this one. It was $60 less than my previous bag, another reason I decided to try something else. Overall, I loved this bag, so no hard feelings, just wish I had gotten a few more years out of it.

So far so good
I need a rolling bag/computer case for work. It needs to be durable AND I would love it if it looked nice. This is sturdy. I've used it maybe a dozen times so far. It has not had any of the fatal flaws I have found in other bags (bad zippers, collapsing handles). It has separate compartments on the outside, I do wish they were a bit bigger like my last Samsonite bag. These don't hold much. My only real wish is that it came in a fun print or color and had a way to attach a water bottle on the side, that would be wonderful.

My second Samsonite rolling bag. The best rolling one.
This is the workhorse rolling bag. Its very functional. This is my second one. I rolled chunks out if the wheels over a few years of dragging it over rough pockmarked black top every day. I love the spinner wheels. They makes a huge difference in rolling longer distances without twisting your back. I roll it beside me on smoother surfaces/concrete. It has more room and separated compartments than the pretty leather one. (I bought both). This is my go to everyday bag. Also: my neighbor pointed out the wheels would be easy enough to change out. My 1st Samsonite bag was intact and looked pretty good after using 15 years- i could have just bought new spinner wheels.

Durable
I have been using my bag for about a year and everything is holding up well. I put A LOT of stuff in it, my husband complained about how heavy it was bc I load it down with so much. I feel like the main extension handle may detach from the bag soon, it may need more support but so far it’s great. Zippers hold up, rolls smoothly, and looks good.

Great at first...
At first I was in love with the quadruple wheels flexibility and ease of transport, and the seemingly durable handle and pockets of the briefcase section. A little more than a year and a half later I can no longer use it. The handle is stuck at the Inside position and will not pull up to the transport position. The wheels make such a loud sound when I am Just walking with it that people turn around in fear to see what is coming. I guess that's why they have the three year protection plan advertised.

Superb Briefcase
This briefcase is well designed and compact yet holds everything I need including my laptop. The compartments are generously sized with lots of pockets for organization. It is sturdy and rolls easily along. Durable construction, light weight, and zippers are sturdy and work flawlessly. I am extremely satisfied with this purchase.
