Well made; easy to install& great support for seniors who can easily slip out of bed. Loved the flat tubular unit that easily slides under the mattress & boxspring; much better than round tubular unit that would be more difficult to slide under the mattress. Also, the sensor light works well coming on with movement & am surprised that it lasts at least 2 nights with constant on & off befote needing a charge.Happy with this purchase !Highly disappointed with this product in a month's time & the lack of response from the Seller: After only 33 days of use, the bolts/plastic knobs where the gate swivels to secure the upright position of the bedrail can no longer be tightened and has completely failed and has become a totally dysfunctional unit. It no longer is able to work as a secure bedrail. I have tried to contact Customer Service (supposed 24h online support service) at Agrish.us@outlook.com and their Warranty Manufacturer's Contact Information without any response from them. If I could get a replacement of the 2 T-shaped tubes that contain the manual plastic knobs/fasteners, I could again have a functional Bed Rail that is much needed. Why won't Agrish respond to my email ?

I purchased this unit and it looks like this is just what I need. It was easy to assemble and is not the model that folds down. I prefer the solid model as opposed to the folding one. Just a personal preference. I was surprised at how solidly it is made. I am not a small guy and it certainly supports me and gives the support I need getting out of bed. The only problem I have is my own doiong. I threw out the b ooklet for the light and can't figure out whic h setting is for the night time motion.

After falling out of bed twice in two weeks, I got this. Our bed is a high one, and the legs do not reach the floor, even at full extension. The mechanism for raising and lowering is cumbersome, can only easily be done from outside the bed. The rail does not drop down, but pivots down, requiring some clearance beside the bed. A cam lock mechanism would be much easier than the screw tightening mechanism. If the screws are not completely tightened, probably would not stop a fall.

Just what we needed to keep them from rolling out of bed.Adjusted it so they can use it to sit up, and leverage themselves out of bed, but wide enough to keep them from rolling out.Great bed rails, easy to use and set up.

Bought this in October and in December the bolts/tightener where the gate swivels have slowly failed. They don't tighten anymore. Have to use C-clamps to keep them closed.

My husband set up the railing and it was not differcult. It took maybe 30 minutes and it appears to be safe and good quality. The rail is adjustable on the sides. You can adjust it longer or shorter. ..its a must have for senior persons or persons like my husband with a sleeping disorder where he reacts in his dreams and always falling out the bed.
