Is not plug and play as expected,
I got this controller and there's no wiring diagram and very little information in the box, contacted the company and they are as helpful as wet paper bag. Had to take it apart and rewire to make it work with my new CDI cable.

THIS PRODUCT IS A POTENTIAL FIRE HAZARD.
I purchased one of these early 2023 and on the first trip to the lake the tilt/trim switch shorted out, burning out my trim solenoids and burning up my tilt/trim motor, (I have receipts for new motor). I thought that might have been rare, so I purchased another, put it on a different outboard, and the second trip out it did the same thing. It shorts, causes the outboard to tilt up and stick, shorts out solenoids, and causes them to get red hot. These are a potential fire hazard. DO NOT PUT THIS PRODUCT ON YOUR BOAT.
