Very helpful product, but confusing installation instructions
The instructions are basic, but not clear, making it frustrating to build. Clearer instructions or a full installation video would be very helpful. For this reason alone it lost one star in the rating. The product itself has been extremely helpful. We accidentally discovered that if it jams the patient must lean forward and the assistant must press down on the handlebars in order for it to lower. Note: The patient must have some lumbar stability and some leg mobility to properly sit on the chair. I purchased it for my Mom who is recovering from radiation treatment of the spine and unable to stand. It took time for her to be able to get on the chair, even with support, but it seriously has been a game changer for restroom routines.

Confuse installation
Installation paper not worth crap you don’t know were lock washers go other washers I have some one that want to order but if I can’t put it together why would they want to order then I read they won’t take it back
