Worked like a charm!
We used this as recommended and our babies loved it. Best investment for when ordering big batches of chicks. We had 16 babies under this with no issues. This is so much safer to use than a heat lamp system!

This is a very well built and secure device
I got 10 chicks this spring. They quickly adopted this brooder as soon as they found it. It is low voltage and it is warm enough for the chicks. It is easy to adjust as the chicks are growing up. It is easy to clean. I feel much at ease and confident this will not be a fire hazard like those brooders that use heat lamps.

Chicks love it! (Excuse the chicken poo)
This brooder worked great for both rounds of chicks we've brought home. It conveniently grows in size in order for the chicks to stay the correct temperature. The one down side is the sides are sometimes challenging to stay connected. However the ability to clean it easily outways the downfall. This product is safe around water and peak proof

Great Addition To The Brooder
Bought this to use in a chicken brooder as the power usage is much lower than incandescent light bulbs. Baby chicks seem to love running under it and playing on it. Seemed to be a game which chick could jump the furthest from it. Like anything near chickens it got dirty fairly quickly but the simple design makes it easy to pop the legs off and wash it. Would buy it again with no concerns.

Works great!
I don’t worry about overheating or catching anything on fire. It’s a low heat, keeps the chicks warm.
