This is the most disappointing “book” I have ever purchased. It’s not only poorly written, it is downright unintelligible in many places. It reads as if someone who speaks a different language tried to take this information and copy/ repackage it into English. I would not put any confidence in the information, and I doubt this person has any direct experience using a freeze dryer, let alone making candy with one. The “author” is “Candy Lovers”, which should have been my first clue. I am returning this book tomorrow, less than 24 hours since it was received. So very disappointed!

I had hoped to find several recipes and instead found basics of use for the machine and a limited number of recipes.
