I just received this item for my grandson he was playing with it for maybe an hour and the button broke on it and it just stayed on the whole time I had to take the batteries out for it to shut off so it lasted not even 24 hours and he was so upset and I was very upset because I couldn't wait for him to get it! 😧😞😠😡

The media could not be loaded. At first, I really liked this toy. I really wanted to like this chainsaw. I have a 3 year old boy that LOVES tools, especially chainsaws 🤦‍♀️ He asked Santa for 2 chainsaws with a pull cord & a guard!! He’s had & still has multiple, including Stihl, Bosch & several unbranded ones. I chose this as one because we’ve never had this one before, it had a pull cord start, and it had a guard on it. The rubber ‘chain’ broke within the first 3 hours of use (it was still Christmas Day, today is 12/26/24, but the box was long gone, so I can’t return). I do not recommend this toy if you have a boy that is rough at all or likes to pretend he’s cutting stuff. But it was pretty cool for about 3 hours.

Very disappointed in this product… My three year old absolutely loved it, but it only lasted less than an hour before being damaged. The rubber chain broke immediately. He cried and was extremely upset, we tried fixing with gorilla glue, super glue but nothing worked. I was going to request a replacement for the rubber chain or chainsaw for him but only issue refund b

So this little thing surprised me with how thoughtful the design is.Pull the start cord handle and the sound revs up and then idles just like the real thing.pull the trigger and it revs up and spins the rubber chain.touching anything makes the chain stop so its safe for everthing.The chain is rubber so it wont damage anything.I was a little worried about the durability of the chain and mechanism but it survived my 2 year old grandson for three days now and he can break an anvil in minutes.He did pull on the chain a few times and stretch it out but it went back to working within a few minutes.It says its for 3 and up so he is a little young yet but he is a big kid.Its also the perfect size and weigh for a small child.Not sure what the model name "FK Great" means but they might want to rethink that LOL.
