I really love my scooter! It’s super easy to charge, which is a big plus for me. I also love that it has mirrors on the sides. I take it to the park and ride around, and the battery stays charged for a couple of days. Plus, it has a key, which is awesome! Honestly, I love everything about this product!

I am so impressed. The website pictures don't covey the size or elegant presentationthat this machine delivers. It was super easy to assemble and the directions are clear and concise.It handles like a little red Porsche albeit not as fast, but stops on a dime. We are looking forwardto many safe trips to the doctor and the park in our new best friend.

This scooter is easy to install, easy to use, and can be used on uneven surfaces, now I can go out more often.

The media could not be loaded. I bought this item so my elderly mother could attend my brother’s graduation. I picked this particular model mostly because of its expected delivery date , it had a lot more features that I thought would be comfortable and practical for her. It had 4 wheels for a more stable ride , lift handles to go in and out of the seat, padded seat, head lights, horn and side mirrors. I thought it was also smaller as it stated “compact” and I thought it was something that would be liftable since it mentioned “travel model”. First, please be aware there is NO WAY possible any senior with mobility issues is going to be able to lift this item into their automobile. The base alone is 61lbs the battery is 21lbs so just those 2 alone is 82lbs!!! The scooter does fold but….. you need to keep the tool kit close by because you will need to unscrew the seat!!!! And to unscrew the bolts takes two tools needed at the same time. One to hold in place the other to screw off. The steering mechanism does fold down by slowly unscrewing the nozzle at the base if you unscrew regular it falls off so make sure to unscrew slow and gentle. So keep that in mind too if you’re buying this for an elderly parent with arthritis. When we received the item the box was extremely heavy. I’m a very fit person but I could not lift this scooter base out of the box I had to cut the box and push it out. The assembly was rather easy for me but would be difficult for my 78 year old mother. Now as I stated I bought this item because it had more features and one in particular was the mirrors so she didn’t need to twist her neck or torso so much. Well…. Sadly the holes needed to screw these mirrors in were not cut out. There is indents showing where they needed to be but it’s solid plastic. Trust me I read the manual and the manual didn’t even have instructions on how to install the mirrors like they were just tossed in or I had a manual made for another model that didn’t have mirrors…. ( I was baffled). So …. Regardless of all these issues already and my own hesitation and concerns I decided to charge this thing (btw…yes, I did check the make sure the green indicator light on the charger was on) and make the best of it since my mom really wanted to attend my brothers college graduation. The next morning I unplugged the scooter from its charger as I turned the key …. Dead! The scooter did not charge despite the green indicator light. I moved to other electric outlets around her house and they all worked. The scooter only turned on when TETHERED to the charger plugged into the electrical outlet. When plugged in it moves accordingly. The lights turn on, the screen turns on, the horns beep, but keep in mind that the distance of this test is based on the length of the charging cord. As I stated the battery pack does not hold a charge. I don’t like leaving bad reviews but unfortunately this is the only way I can get the SELLER to see my video since they seem to not me able to see it from the email I sent to their “tech analyst.” I bought this item for my mother and trust me I triple checked all my installation steps before I put her in it. I thought what I bought was a safe, compact travel friendly scooter that was user friendly unfortunately it’s proven the opposite and I will not put my mother in the product. This item is heavy so please also keep in mind that unless you want to deal with keeping a tool set around to take it apart you will need two people to lift and load it into your automobile unless you have a van with a ramp. Overall I am disappointed by my experience purchasing this item and even more so that because of these issues my mom was not able to attend the graduation. Hopefully my unfortunate experience will spare others from making this costly mistake.

I love mine i finally got to go on a walk with my wife it felt nice getting some fresh air i would leave 5 stares but it needs bigger tires with more tread can't go on gravel very good.

Very responsive Customer Service. Found out has 1 year warranty. That should be in description. Excellent in wide open spaces.
