The instructions are incomplete and incorrect, plus there is an unlabeled part in the kit which was a bit confusing at first. I took pictures as I assembled the lamps, so you should be able to follow my pics to easily set up the lamps if you decide to order them. I took a picture with the 4 parts of the pole labeled and numbered by order of assembly. The part that attaches to the base of the lamp is the one that was unlabeled in my kit. When assembling the lamps the order is this (building the lamp starting from the base and working your way to the top): Base, unlabeled part (1), part labeled 'B' (2), part labeled 'C' (3), and finally part labeled D1 (4). The rest of the instructions are accurate on how to attached the light sockets/wiring/lamp shades and are easy to understand. Once assembled, the stickers on the poles are hidden under the shade, so I did not bother trying to remove them.The lamps themselves are nice looking. The chrome finish is even and shiny and the rice paper shades are attractive. Another reviewer mentioned that their lamps are different heights - fortunately, I did not have that problem and my lamps are exactly the same height. IMO, the base of the lamps are too lightweight for the height of the lamps and as a result, the lamps are a bit wobbly. They aren't going to fall over by themselves, but I do worry about my cat or a child bumping into them as they would definitely tip over with a small push. I think these might be better suited for a childless and pet free household. The rice paper shades are naturally thin, so they do let a lot of light through them, making the lights pretty bright. The lamps did not come with bulbs. The instructions don't account for another set of extension poles, and the pieces in my set were mislabeled. Removing the labels left sticker residue on the poles that is next to impossible to get off and looks unsightly. The light sockets themselves adhere to the pole securely, but because the brackets are firmly screwed in place with no room to adjust, the light location is entirely dependent on the randomness of the pole threads - so the ability to align the lights on top of each other is likely impossible unless you get lucky.Despite the weighted base, the lights are prome to blowing over with a fan in the room, and the pair of lamps I got had a 2cm height difference, which is more than enough to notice from across the room.On the plus side, finish-wise, these do look lovely when assembled - sharp chrome finishes and clean, uniform rice paper, just dont look at the sticker residue - and there was thought put into the cord and switch mechanisms. But the missteps with everything else make this set hard to recommend unless they're really priced to move.DIYers can make this set work with elbow grease, but if you want something that you can trust looks good out of the box, I'd look elsewhere.

This is very easy to build! Instructions were clear and I appreciate how light they are. The color is just like the pictures. A beautiful addition to our bedroom

Totally in love with these lights. Easy to assemble and good amount of height. Light bulb doesn’t come with it but we got the warm yellow light and it makes place so comfortable. Absolutely gorgeous.
