I got what I needed. It arrived in good time. Product was in excellent shape and works as it is supposed to. This is my second purchase from Blair and I am very satisfied with them

Computer was Dead On Arrival. Ok no problem contacted seller. Amazon support walked me through troubleshooting. Contacted the seller Blair Tech. They first asked me to reset the cmos by opening computer and replacing battery. Ok I can do that. Then when it didn’t work they contacted me to take out RAM and check to see if they were bad. Not happy at this point but I also did this. Thankfully I understood this procedure but it does require taking the computer apart. When this didn’t work I sent instructions that I wasn’t going to do more diagnostics enough! Give me back my money! Yes this was a refurbished machine but they had great reviews. Backed by Amazon, and amazon support did help by contacting the seller. I’m not sure why Amazon allows these people to keep operating. Yes, I was familiar with troubleshooting and pulling parts, but what about the people who dont know how? They kept talking about “if I was still under warranty” well of course I am just opened the box and the product didn’t work!!! Now, Ive thrown the box away and have to find a way to ship this big ole paper weight back. Ridiculous. Horrible experience. The worst part was I convinced my sister in North Carolina to buy the same machine. She had no tech knowledge. Just hoping this doesn’t happen to her.

Note to sellers: I did install the latest video drivers. I never did get an audio jack to work. I tried every audio device listed (I know what I'm doing in this regard) and never got anything but the internal speakers.My issue, though, is the case. I need to install a professional sound card for my music studio, and it doesn't fit in a pizza box case. I'm sure I would have figured out the rest eventually, but I have to have that card. Sorry.

It out performs my expectations. Waited about 6 months to review. No issues at all fast reliable machine.

I purchased this for photo editing. I love it! I’ve never bought a refurbished desktop. The quality is excellent. Customer service is excellent. They were available and eager to assist. Great product and service!

I ordered this refurbished computer in septemeber. I set it up in January and it has completely stopped working two and a half months later. It will not leave the repair screen. Piece of junk.
