Used for my 2000 Mercedes E320 4Matic wagon and my 2003 Mercedes E320 4Matic wagon. It's easy enough to use, I wish it could program keys, but for the price you can't beat it. Used to clear transmission codes after replacing a faulty conductor plate. You must buy the under-hood adapter to use this, otherwise it's just an ok OBD2 code reader

This has been super useful in diagnosing my 2004 CLK 500, and also for clearing codes that were thrown only by disconnecting the battery and removing certain components, like a rear side airbag, as part of unrelated repairs.

Received the tool and updated the software. Pretty straight forward and easy enough to do. Connected the device along with the company's 38 pin adapter for Mercedes and after scrolling through the menu items found my vehicle. Following the prompts on the screen, the tool did find the varous modules in the car, and it found various faults in some modules. I was able to clear the faults, but when I tried to perform some tests, specifically on the transmission internals, I received a 'Communication error, application failure' notice, even though the tool had just moments before recognized that module. I tried to contact the company support people and after 5 day still no reply. I'm averse to trying to use the maintenance functions in fear the tool might change an important function.Otherwise the screen is bright and easy to read

I am using this on T1N Sprinter 1st gen North Amecian version. It seems like it is fairly easy to use (it is old tech - like me) but I think the diognostics did not seem as deep as the Autel AP200 but I may not be using it correctly, even though I use to be an IT guy. I purchased this just in case I had com issues with my phone and could not get the Autel to work. I also like that I have a screen that I can read.

Several problems so far. Bought this for a 2019 MB Sprinter 3.0L diesel. First it will not link up via the VIN process, or manually. In manual, there is nothing in the menu that remotely resembles a selection for my vehicle. Not even VS30. I tried them all anyway. So I just read the codes from the diagnostic Icon menu option.It did identify a P2196 (O2 sensor). It would only clear the temporary codes. Not the the P2196 code stored in memory. A DIY replacement on the sensor would not clear the stored code, nor would this iCarSoft scanner.MB Dealer had to clear the code. Which cost $. I could have obtained the same result having an auto parts store scan it for me.Software update doesn’t follow as given in manual. So far unable to reach iCarSoft to talk to someone live.Tried calling the listed number for iCarSoft several times well within their listed hours. Ring no answer. No message, doesn't go to voice mail.Tried emailing to get a live contact for more details and to walk through a software update. They emailed me back and provided a link to a youtube video made by a third party. Which was all over the place, with a different model/version. With the only other email content. "Have a nice day".Their customer service must not exist? I recommend paying more for a different brand.A waste of money so far.

Finally, a scanner that recognizes my 2024 sprinter. Several said they were compatible, but this one was actually able to read the fault codes and reset them. Worth the money- for sure.

Great value for the price, easy to use, diagnostic is easy to ready.
