While I do not drink regularly I have a few events this year and summer approaching that I want to be prepared for! As a nursing mom who deserves a few days off in the year this eases my mind! Dip the strip in your breast milk (I didn’t shake off the milk) and let it soak into the strip. I have my strip up to 5 minutes and compared it to the color strips ! It works and I tested it on two different pumps. One pump had maybe a few drinks and the second pump and many more drinks there was a visible difference that these strips detected!

The results take more like 5 minutes. This is actually very important to give correct directions.
