As a caregiver, I’ve used several hospital beds, but this one’s electric motor is in a league of its own. The Jetcon actuator operates silently and smoothly, even when adjusting the bed to its maximum angles. My patient, who’s sensitive to noise, hasn’t been disturbed once. The 5-year warranty is a huge bonus—it’s reassuring to know we’re covered long-term. Setup was straightforward, and the controls are intuitive. A premium investment that’s worth every penny for reliability alone.

The bed worked well until the 120 pound disabled man who only used the bed was being sat up and the the top potion of the bed broke and can no longer move. We reached out to the company and they accessed us of having multiple people on the bad and then offered to send us pieces and have us reassemble the bed including hydraulics (few people are qualified to do this plus there likely needs to be some welding). Called Amazon over 5 times and each person has assured us they would take care of with no resolution. Meanwhile the disabled individual the bed was purchased for is in a bed that does not meet his needs. Very disappointed in the bed company and Amazon.
