Had high hopes
For the first 2 weeks the bike road great. This last week. I have lost a pedal. It disconnected from the bolt on the frame. This came fastened down by the manufacturer. The tires barely hold air. I track my miles and this started happening after 25 miles ridden on this bike. I only ride in the bike lane, haven’t hit any pot holes or crashed. This is a cheap bike and I definitely got what I paid for. Will be getting a different bike.

Not Great
I bought this bike knowing full well it is a cheap product. However I wanted a bike I could ride around my neighborhood to get food and drinks with friends without worrying about it getting stolen. The bike is good for what it is. Easy to put together and setup. The only problem I’ve encountered is the front tire. It doesn’t stay seated properly on the rim and bulges out, exposing the inner tube. I’ve attached a photo for you to see. I attempted to fix the solution by deflating the inner tube pushing it back on the rim or taking the tire completely off and re-seating it. However, after a little riding it pops back out of place. My biggest concern is crashing due to getting a flat while riding due to a pinch or something coming in direct contact with the inner tube. I’m most likely going to purchase new tires and see how they work on these rim. I really hope there isn’t a problem with the rim.

Service before you ride
Bike is OK for the price. Before you ride it will need a full service. If you grease all the bearings and oil the chain it will last. I bought this single speed for winter training miles. Bike is built well enough to take tough winter training but it not adjusted or greased properly out of the box. Pay attention to the wheel cones. Mine were too tight and barely greased. One last recommendation. Brake pads on this bike are very very hard. Softer pads get you stopped in cold climates. Giving it 5 out of 5 because it’s affordable and my 38c cross tires fit into the frame and brakes.
