Pretty decent product at this price
Sleek design both outdoor and indoor units. Basic options like monitor outside the door anytime, talk with caller works great. Don't disturb and ringtone selections (out of 30 ringtones) options are a surprise. Video quality is just average/decent enough but the camera coverage angle is excellent as it covers 120 degree angle so we can see broader area in indoor unit.CONCERN: Only concern is the sound volume of bell. If I increase the volume using indoor unit's menu option, it also increases the volume in outdoor unit as well. This is a design flaw without considering how annoying the high volume sound would be to our neighbors. Basically customers would want to adjust sound only INSIDE house, bell sound at outdoor unit must always be very very low and need not be altered while customers adjust using indoor unit. Neighbors might report this as nuisance at some point.If anyone knows how to disconnect only the bell sound, in outdoor unit only, then let me know. I can get that done with electricians help.

Purpose needs to be served.
The bell does not have enough volume to alert people inside. It gives sound outside the house on ringing that is not necessary, in fact a nuisance. It is being felt that this has to be supplemented with another calling bell.
