Fast and easy to use
Great work computer! Does everything i need and more. Operates super fast. Fulfills all my needs for business related computing

Battery not replaceable.
The laptop works great. I just hope the battery lasts a long time because it's not replaceable, which was not mentioned in the description.

Worst LapTop PC EVER!!!
Would rate 0 if an option!!! This Samsung LapTop PC will NOT allow or do transfer of data & photos from iPhone. As it turns out, an internet search finds MANY others with the same complaint for this LapTop—will not do an iPhone transfer of data. Seller will NOT contact me for a return & AMAZON Service & REP spoken to & requested for a return & refund WILL NOT provide an update or respond. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!!! We had our 1st floor completely 4.5’ hurricane flooded & destroyed so dealing with that took longer for the actual return request to be submitted. Honor the return request. I have purchased a new replacement, a good Lap Top PC from Amazon.

Works great. I really wanted a MacBook but unfortunately the program I needed to run only works on a windows PC. The quality of this laptop was great and runs everything I need with no problems.

Beautiful ,sleek and well worth the money
I don't want to jinx myself, but so far, after four days of having this beauty, I love it. My ACER died 2 weeks ago and I was fearful that I had lost everything ... I read extensive reviews and finally settled on the Samsung Galaxy Book 4 and every photo, etc. transferred beautifully through Microsoft. I had a Samsung tablet 10 years ago and have always loved the crystal clear, beautifully colored, balanced graphics . I am not disappointed . The colors are stunning, the weight is super light and the speed and battery are so far excellent. I highly recommend this laptop.
