Easy to over do it
The spray is a bit too much product so make sure you clean the surrounding tiles after applying. Other than that the product itself works very well.

Easy to Use, seems to work well.
We used this to seal the tiles in our new shower stall. It was simple to apply and seems to be working well. It was a good price and we had more than enough to finish the project with just one bottle.

Excellent sealer
I’m very impressed with this product. I treated my kitchen floorgrout lines with a white color. It’s a high traffic area and I STILL have bright white grout lines.

Test the spray cap first to de that it fits the bottle
Seems to provide a good seal but the cap for the spray did not screw onto the bottle so I was o my able to use the sponge included which worked well but I think also cause me to use more than required, especially for vertical surfaces.

Definitely Works
I had to replace shower tile because of water damage. I didn't have the patience to put on the sealer according to instructions. Instead, I sprayed it directly onto all the tile rather than just the grout. It didn't discolor the tile or leave any visible residue. Now I can see the shower water bead up when the tile are wet. I'm highly satisfied and will likely give the shower stall a recoat yearly.
