We are using this in our bakery, holds coffee cup lids helps keeping them organized, easy to use great looking good quality product.

All but one screw was missing or had fallen out

Holds 32 Ounce
This cup holder will just hold 32 ounce cold cups and lids (may not hold larger ones unless the top is no longer than 4 inches across), I've had a hard time finding a dispenser which will. The partitions move around easily. This is lightweight and already assembled (just need to bolt it to a wall if you want to secure it well). However I feel the cost is quite excessive for what it is, some paper-thin bare bones steel pieces.
