The only issue I have with this is it won’t connect to my phones hotspot but will connect to my husbands. Everything else works beautifully and I love it.

I recently upgraded my 2008 Mercury Mariner with this unit, and I’m thrilled! The installation was easy, and the sound quality is fantastic. The enhanced connectivity features make streaming music a breeze. A perfect upgrade for anyone wanting modern functionality in their vehicle!

My auto technician installed this unit and stated that the audio video and other parts of the unit were faulty and did not work.. I was scammed. Basically all I can play is just the Rado. Don't buy this unit.

When it is fully functional, it is great, but although the radio, blue tooth and backup camera work fine, the navigation sometimes works but sometimes can't connect with my smartphone. That can be very aggravating.

For a non tech person this is an ok set up. The directions and a little hard to figure out but we got it on the second try. The backup camera never worked even though we followed directions. Read read read before install so that you have it in your mind what goes where. For Apple car play in a 2011 Ford escape it’s a good product!
