I purchased this for my husband. He loves it. Very nestolgic games from his childhood.

SON LOVES THE GAME
WHEN I FIRST GOT THE GAMING SYSTEM IT ONLY SHOWED ME 35 GAMES, BUT THE COMPANY REACHED OUT TO ME AND EXPLAINED HOW TO LOAD THE REST OF THE GAMES AND MY SON WAS ABLE TO GET ALL THE GAMES DOWNLOADED AND WORKING. HE IS ABSOLUTELY LOVING THIS SYSTEM AND IM GLAD BECAUSE I BOUGHT IT FOR HIM FOR CHRISTMASTHANK YOU FOR THE HELP WITH THE SYSTEM

Does not work, customer service sucks as it's through a 3rd party. They will not bother getting back to you.

R36S Retro Clone and not original.
This console is a clone, in my case it has worked 100%, but I tried to clone or change the SD Card, and it is not possible. So as soon as the SD Card dies I will be left without a console.The wifi and Bluetooth do not work because it is a clone, and I cannot update the console either.

Order a magnifying glass as well
A lot of the text or wording is small on screen and not easy to read. Without knowing what the words say it’s somewhat difficult to operate the device properly. Feels like a good quality product and has more games than anyone could ever need. Screen needs an upgrade.

You must learn to use the product before giving up on it.
The media could not be loaded. This has all the games it claimed to have. I havnt gone through all the games but the ones I’ve done are pretty cool. To be able to play all the games all you have to do is move the arrows up or down and you’ll see the different games. It does get hot after playing for so long. But it also saids in the back of the box “4. do not indulge in games for a long time.” We can assume it’s bc it’ll make the game hot. The little book in the back was very helpful. Could it be more in depth? Yes, but it if you just explore the game you’ll be suprise of the things you learn. Overall pretty satisfied so far. I read it gives up after some time of playing. Only had it for a day. Will make an update after some while.
