So far this has been the greatest coolest lock I’ve had. It is very strong. It is easy to program and it holds battery charge for a really long time time. The operation of the lock is so easy. The fingerprint option is the way to go! L OVE IT!

La cerradura en este primer dia funciona como dice pero debes saber que quieren cobrarte más de 60$ dólares si quieres agregar un usuario, es decir, solo una persona puede recibir notificaciones de la cerradura y si se te ocurre colocar 2 en distintas puertas con esta cerradura seran serán 110$ cosa que no tiene sentido cobrar por tal cosa y de ser así deberían colocarlo en sus especificaciones e imagino que la mitad de las personas compraría este producto, en estos tiempos los timbres las cerraduras las cámaras quieren obligarte a pagar por cosas sin sentido, las cámaras puedes comprar una con tarjeta de memoria y asunto resuelto porque pagar eternamente por un almacenaje que puedes hacer gratis, en el caso de esta cerradura porque pagar por agregar un usuario 1 usuario, se supone que una familia que tiene 2 padres quieren estar pendientes de quien entra en su casa y cuando en el caso de los hijos es algo importante pero si este es tu caso esta cerradura no es para ti ya que solo 1 podrá recibir notificaciones a menos que quieras pagar más de 60 $ dólares por agregarlo, ya la instale y no voy a regresar todo el trabajo volviendo a colocar la cerradura antigua pero de lo contrario no la compraria....

This lock is ok however unless I am missing something I am very dissatisfied that i cannot use the pin or fingerprint when exiting the house.

This is a great smart door lock. It includes the smart deadbolt lock and a plain nonlocking handle. I did not use the nonlocking handle but put another handle on both of it doors. I purchased 2 of these and had to wait 3 months for my new doors to come in. The fingerprint reader works great. I also set up the keypad with my custom number and it also works great. And of course the keys work well. The only complaint I have is that you must either use the key to lock the door when you leave or set the lock to automatically lock after a set time that you need to manually set in the app. Oh yes, the app works well also and it tells you about how much battery life you have left. The installation went quickly and easily. They are well built and and am convinced that it was money well spent! I just wished I could use my fingerprint to lock the door behind me instead of having it automatically lock.

Looks very nice after I installed it. It took a bit of patience on my part but that was probably just me, but all in all we absolutely love this feature and looks nice on the door. I love the feature that we can assign a pin number to a neighbor when we are away and not need to give out keys.
