This is one of my favorite purchases at Amazon so far. It’s exceeded my expectations in every way, and I’ve gotten the best nights of sleep on this mattress. I don’t think I can go back to using a non-memory foam mattress!SET UP:The delivery was very quick and it came in a compressed box. It was pretty easy to unpack, you take the mattress out of the box, unroll, and cut the edge off to release the vacuum seal. I unpacked it in the morning, and left it to decompress on my bed frame all day. It actually inflates pretty quickly and I felt that it was enough for me to sleep in it that night. There is a “new foam” type of smell, but nothing an open window can’t fix. It didn’t bother met too much.COMFORT:I love this mattress! I was worried it would be on the softer side because it is “memory foam”, BUT it was actually right at the medium-firm side. It doesn’t sink too deeply but does conform to your body. It truly feels weightless. I would say this would work for both back and side sleepers because it’s well cushioned yet pretty resilient. The mattress also didn’t feel too hot even during the summer which was a plus! I am glad that I can take the cover off to wash it too, for extra freshness especially during the humid season. Could be obvious but it also doesn’t have any springs in it, which means no sound at all. Overall, I got amazing sleep and the mattress felt great on my body, especially my lower back.OVERALL:The best part is, I didn’t have to go into a mattress store and pay a huge price for the mattress itself, delivery, and set up! Considering mattress prices can go up to $2-4K, this is an amazing value. It got delivered quickly, is super easy to set up myself, AND provided me with the great sleep.I would highly recommend this mattress to anyone looking to find a comfortable mattress with great quality at a great value

I love this bed so much! We are firm bed people so this is amazing for us, you don’t get the sinking in feeling so don’t get it if that what you want. It’s firm, cozy and supportive but firm. You could just get a nice mattress topper and be golden.Definitely worth the risk in buying, I was nervous but pleasantly surprised! The extra room is awesome, upgraded from a queen and still can’t believe every night we get to sleep with so much room! There was a little bit of a smell (not horrible) when we first opened it but let it air out for a couple hours and it was not bad. We slept on it 5 hours after opening it because we were way too giddy to try it! I haven’t noticed any issues because of that. This is a great deal and quality bed! Exceeded my expectations and I didn’t have to break the bank!

I like how this mattress expanded quickly and with no odor. Good quality, it’s comfortable, not hard, I don’t feel when my partner gets up. Unfortunately it’s not cool enough, I think it still gets pretty hot and there’s no green tea relaxation to it. Other than that I think we made a good purchase.

This cooling gel memory foam mattress has been a game changer for my sleep quality. The only downside is that it had a slight odor when first unpacked, but it disappeared after a day or two of airing out. Overall, it’s an amazing mattress that delivers on both comfort and value.

The bed came in a box and, like many have mentioned here, was tightly packed in a vacuum sealed bag. Make sure to have it near or on your bed frame when you open it- easier that way. Instructions say to wait 24 hours or something like that before sleeping on it, but a few hours might be ok, too. Yes, there's a slight factory smell that goes away. Cost effective, comfy, firm enough for me, but still has give.The best part of my purchase was working with their customer service. I was an idiot and ordered two and only needed one. They were professional, prompt, and helped me with my return/refund quickly and without hassle. They say they value their customer's satisfaction and... dang if I don't actually believe them.

My partner and I have had this mattress for 3 months now. Delivery wasn’t that great because we had to hike it 1/4 of a mile up our driveway instead of normal Amazon delivery, but from there, unpacking it was easy, it fit the bed just right, the thickness was perfect, our mattress cover and the sheets all fit. The mattress is soft, it’s cozy, it was worth the price!The issue comes in based on the way you sleep. Do not buy this mattress if you do not toss and turn throughout the night. I typically would not have written a review because it is just a really good mattress… there’s no special features like thermostats or heating pads, or anything fancy. I decided to review because while my partner is all over the bed during the night, I typically stay in place. Within 3 months, I am now sleeping on bars. My body hurts so bad when I wake up. My partners side of the bed is still cozy. It’s like two different mattress’ at this point. My side does still expand after a day at work but it goes down much quicker now. If you don’t toss and turn, this is not the mattress for you.
