so far it’s working great. takes 1 1/2 gallons of oil to get to the minimum level. once oil is hot it will raise up to the max line so be careful how much oil you put in. oil reaches temperature in about 15 minutes. we set the temperature at 365 on the dial and when the light went off we put a thermometer in to see the oil temp and it showed the oil being 363/364. build quality is really good. we really didn’t want or need dual units but for the price of this being around the same as a single unit we got this one. we just use one side. so far it’s definitely worth buying we’ll just have to see how long it lasts. it’s easy to clean, easy to assemble and doesn’t leak.

Fast heating, good capacity fryer baskets. A very well made unit very capable of handling multi fryer needs. Very pleased with this product.

I pursued this product months ago. I assembled it, and didn’t use it for a while.When I did finally used it, the product worked great. Temperature rises quickly and it’s a nice size for family fish fry’s, which is why I purchased it.

My old fryer finally bit the dust. When I tried to find another large one, everything was too small.After researching several fryers on Amazon, I decided on this one, hoping it would be large enough to fry chicken and/or fries for a large crowd.Pros:You can see in the photo that this one if pretty big and takes up a decent amount of space. I can fry 6 drumsticks on each side or 12 at once.I leave this on my counter all the time, so I don't mind that it doesn't have an oil drain. I love that I can only heat one side at a time, making it convenient for smaller meals.Cons:The only thing that I wished it had was a hook to rest the basket on the side so the grease can drain from the food.
