Works great
This one works great and is exactly what I needed. It was very easy to install and worked right away. It allowed me to have multiple connections. No complaints, does its job well!

AWESOME!
The best splitter I have used based on a technicality. And that technicality is the location of the USB C power port. It is next to the input. Most others are on the side somewhere and are awkward to mount and use. This one has no such issues. Full speed on each port, bifurcates lovely. When two machines are hooked up to it for max bandwidth it gets split which is par for the course. Aluminum shell beats plastic any day of the week and it dissipates heat faster, as plastic is an insulator. This is $2 more than the unit I love the most out of what I have tested and that is the only reason I would recommend it over this. The price. If cable management is your thing, this is the better unit and worth the $2. If you do not care about the cable management, you can get one of the less expensive models that have the charge port in an awkward place on the side of the unit.

Expectations met.
One in, three out. No noticeable latency. It's proving useful in my migration from PC to Mac. PC users will need a USB-C to USB-A adaptor, unless they're running a newer model of PC with USB-C ports. All of mine are USB-A, and the Mac's ports too short on supply for me to sacrifice one to an internet connection when it's got a perfectly usable ethernet port. For this reason, I use an adaptor and plug it into the PC for power. You know it's working when the indicator lights come on. The lights are green when the network is in use and yellow when a computer is idle. Good value for the price. It saves a lot of headaches trying to connect to the less reliable wifi signal.

IT splits your bandwidth.
This works like a mini switch; in that it splits the bandwidth of the attached devices. My only concern is that the first device in gets the lion's share of the bandwidth and keeps it. The second PC gets some but has to wait for the first to give up the pipe. Not surprisingly.I tested by running a network bandwidth test suite from 2 connected computers simultaneously to see what the total bandwidth looked like and how it was split between the PC's. This splitter passed about 80-90% of the bandwidth, which is reasonable, given packet collisions between the 2 PC's. This is also an unfair test for typical device use, as this test method tends to saturate the network with download or upload packets. I wanted to use this test, since it stresses the network as much as possible.Overall - It does what I expected and does it well.I expect to use this mostly when I travel and I need an extra network port for an extra device where I don't have one available.

Does the job
This splitter works as advertised. I needed it to run wired internet to my office and study in the upper part of my house. My ISP plan isn't fast enough to hit the advertised 1000Mbps spread across several cables so I can't say for certain if that's an accurate claim. Still, it's fast enough that I don't notice any additional latency issues using the splitter.Shipping was fast and set up very easy. I just plugged it in and it worked. Just keep in mind it doesn't come with cables so you'll need to order those separately.

Great quality ethernet splitter
This splitter works well for ethernet cables. Great product at a great value.

Perfect!
This was exactly what I needed for my home office to split the one network line I have running to it so both my home desktop and work laptop dock can share a wired connection. Has worked flawlessly since I got it 2.5 months ago.

simple and effective
If you have one ethernet port and want to power to devices (say and Apple TV and an XBox) this is an easy way to do it. A high speed ethernet splitter. Does what it says it is supposed to do.
