I bought this for an elderly family member. It’s incredibly good value compared to what’s in mobility shops (in Ireland at least). The massage function is ‘OK’ however the heated seat, lift up option and USB port are what stands out most. The seller has been very helpful and quick to respond to my queries.Very happy with it so far and would highly recommend.

I ordered this electric armchair for my elderly mum, I was both surprised and delighted with the quality of the chair. It was delivered very quickly and was easy to assemble. My mum is very pleased with this armchair and it makes it easy for her to both recline and pivot forwards to assist standing up.

2 chairs ordered only 1 of 4 boxes arrived yesterday. This upset my elderly parents but today the rest came, it was easy to put together and for the price, excellent quality. My parents are very happy with their purchase. Thank you!!

Chair arrived in two boxes,was easy to assemble, and it looks good. I did have a problem however,but my complaint was dealt with in a timely fashion and to the point where I was sent another chair and told to keep the old one. Reclining function is very smooth and also heating and vibration great. Overall, great value for money and would recommend to friends and family

good value for money, easy to assemble and wire it up. 2 pin sockets are similar but 1 has 5 holes and the other has 7 or 8. make sure the correct ones are assembled.

Delivery was one date late.Chair seat not adequately padded and becomes uncomfortable on a long stay.Armrests might be longer in place of glass holders which would help elderly in rising up from the chair.

Comfortable easy to use heat and massage help with are back pain

This is the best chair I’ve tried and I’ve tried so many ranging in price including some very expensive ones. The recliner is so smooth which is a godsend when you’re in agony. It has different modes of vibration which can also be turned off/on independently, different intensities and then there’s the heat, absolutely wonderful, there are 3 timers so it turns off when finished. It has a pocket on each side which is big enough to fit an iPad with ease. Finally you have the riser which is perfect as you control the speed yourself by pressing the side button. It looks and feels a nice leather for a fraction of the price. You will most definitely NOT be disappointed with purchasing one of these. I’ve already recommended it to a couple of my friends. I have more independence, so don’t wait, treat yourself
