Panasonic ER-GB30-A44B Battery Operated Trimmer with 8 length Settings(Blue)

Amazing product.. delivered within 3 days by cloudtail india.. decent packaging.. Eralier I was confused between Philips QT4001 and this trimmer.. I knew that it didn't come with batteries.. but then I went to look at a local store who provided me the AAA batteries and the charger for around 400.. and the batteries charge within 5 hours at normal use.. so this is where it beat the Philips.. because in other terms .. I suppose both are equivalent..Pros:1)Ergonomical design2)Easy to hold and use3)Compact4)Really silent5)Easy to clean6)Fine trimCons:1)Batteries not included2)You will have to buy charger if you go with rechargables*******IMP, If you think this product is only for people who travel and go out or on the move all the time.. Then you are wrong.. anyone can use it.. never think that this is for travellers only.. I am a student I dont go out much and I still bought it.. Its a great product.. really well designed.. Loved It..Dont think much just push for it.. and don't Try for Nova trimmers.. they have less lifetime..Hope I helped You .. Cheers!!

So i am writing this review after 10 years of using Panasonic ER-GB30 . I am owner of 7 trimmers by different brands but nothing beats this one. This is a marvel of engineering why i explain it below ::1.) The blade has never punctured my skin no matter how carelessly i use the trimmer . Other trimmers have nicked my skin so many times.2.) Its durable , it has fallen on ground from a height , got splashed with water but switch it on and bam it works .3.) It has a switch whic sits inside a depression hence even if you carry it in a bag with other stuff the chances of it switching on by other stuff brushing against it is rare.4.) Price , i guess its underpriced for its quality .5.) I have ordered 3 of them so that incase Panasonic decides to discontinue the model i will have a life long service !Thankyou Panasonic only once in a while we get to see an enginering marvel .

It light in weight easy to handle, however difficulty experienced around the ears, as tried it also as a short hair trimmer. 2 triple A alkaline batteries work fineBetter to get rechargeable ones. Note did not get a clean shave when removed the plastic comb. So basically you can trim your beard to how short you like. Will see how long the new one set batteries last (FYG batteries not included.) How long the sharpness of blades remains a? Mark as depends on how often you use. Made in China.

Bought this for around 2k during covid times last year. Have been extremely satisfied with it.The blades are sharp and trim evenly and well. Provided length adjustment cap works like a charm.Do not fret over getting cordless/rechargeable trimmer over battery operated one. The last one I had was a rechargeable one and I had to charge it after every 5-10 uses for about 24 hours to get 35 minutes of overall shave time. But honestly, getting a battery operated trimmer is a million times better as I bought a 35₹ pack of 2 pencil Duracell batteries when I bought this and it has not run out of charge since!! I use the trimmer semi frequently and one 35₹ pack has lasted me close to 1.2 years. I would say that's an improvement over 35 minutes.

Battery operated so no hassle of charging and wires.With no attachment does not nick your skin like philips (but don't use against the grain on neck area).Bigger length settings than Philips, one of the reasons why I went for this, because I like a bigger but face hugging length.The only issue is with such bulky and non translucent attachment, I can't see where blades goes upto sideburns area, and I messed up blending once, need to get practice to avoid that.Clean with oil provided as mentioned in manual before every trim session to prolong blade life.Cleaning this trimmer after use might get tricky as oil keeps some hair stuck inside and trimmer body crevice above button also retain some hair so need to celean that.Worth a try if you want to keep a slightly bigger beard upto 18 mm.

Best goddaaamned trimmer on the market. Like many have said before me, stock piling this shiz before all of you greedy guts finish them off. When u hold it in your hand it feels sturdy, none of that flimsy feel like it’ll break apart in your hand. The size settings are great and work like a charm. Never going to a barber again. You might find a trimmer that’s sturdier, fancier or has more features or bigger brand names, but nothing - Mark my words - NOTHING will beat the value for money on this baby. Peace to the world!
